Damaged Item / Low Quality
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.
If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not meet the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
The "30-Day Money Back Guarantee” is available under the following circumstances:
Item must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase.
Return must be authorized by Brax Hardware via email.
Item must be returned in its original & resell condition.
Return postage and handling is buyer's responsibility.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
